Alnwick Properties is a trading name for various property services we offer. We arrange, conduct and produce Energy Efficiency reports (EPC’s) for Domestic and commercial property for private and corporate clients.
Legionnaires disease risk assessments for all types of property is now a part of managing Risk in rent property that is let and by persons responsible for that building and its occupants.
I also offer Asbestos surveys to provide Asbestos management surveys and Asbestos register where Asbestos is found. I also am qualified to remove Non licensed Asbestos material and disposal of the Asbestos toxic waste material.

Credit card / debit card Payments
You can make a payment to Alnwick Properties by Credit Card/ Debit Card for an EPC or Asbestos survey or any other service I provide. We use sumup card payment facility . So you can pay by card on the day of the survey / service you have received. Or be provided with Bank details to pay by Bank transfer.
Or be sent a link to pay - by email / text message securely.
We do not hold any card payment numbers.
Personal information
Your personal details are not used for any other purpose other than those above and are destroyed once our relationship has ended. Your details are not shared with any other person or company and are not kept for longer than necessary.
The personal information we hold complies with the Data Protection Act.
