If you are a Holiday Let Owner - You are now responsible for the Safety of your guests from Fire while staying in your property. I have trained and I am qualified to complete a Fire risk assessment of Small short stay Holiday Let properties  as Follow;

Max 2 floors

Max 10 guests staying

Max 4 Bedroom in the property.

If your Holiday home does not fit this model then you will need to research a suitably qualifed Person who can complete a Fire Risk Assessment for your specific property.
