Fire Risk Assessments for Holiday Let properties

Have you had a Fire Risk Assessment done by a qualified & Insured Fire Risk assessor- If not, and you have completed one yourself - well - you may find yourself in Hot water should the worst happen to any of your Guests staying in your Holiday Let Property if a fire breaks out and people get hurt of loose their life.

Your insurance company will confirm the assessment you need to have in place.

The Holiday Let Compaies Are Not responsible for the Fire Risk assessment- If you are a Holiday Let Owner - You are now responsible for the Safety of your guests from Fire while staying in your property. I have trained and I am qualified to complete a Fire risk assessment of Small short stay Holiday Let properties  as Follow;

Max 10 guests staying

Max 4 Bedroom in the property.

If your Holiday home does not fit this model then you will need to research a suitably qualifed Person who can complete a Fire Risk Assessment for your specific property.
