Landlords Energy Efficiency reports
Energy efficeny reports are £75 with Alnwick Properties and no VAT. If you are a landlord and rent property to tenants, then you will need to have an Energy Efficiency report created to show your tenants from the 1st of October 2008. This report will show the costs of heating and lighting the property so that the tenant/s can compare other properties to get the most energy efficient property to rent. The main reason for having a Home information pack (H,I,P) completed on your property, is to speed the whole buying and selling proccess.The other reason is to find out how energy efficient your property is and what it costs to heat.The report also identifies what measures can be taken to save energy and save you or the buyer money. First time buyers gain by not having to pay for legal searches from a solicitor, as these have already been done for them in the H,I,P.
