HIPS (Home Information Packs) have been suspended as of the 21st May 2010.

You will still needd to have an Energy Performance Certificate in place within 28 days of marketing your property.

Its the sellers responsibilty to have an EPC and Estate Agents are also resposible to make sure the EPC is in place after 28 days and if not in place then both can be fined.

If you are selling or renting out your property or changing tenants, you will need an EPC.

All you need to do is contact us and will arrange a time suitable for everyone, to complete the EPC on your property. You can pay by credit / debit card over the phone or by cash or cheque. Once completed you can receive the report by email or paper copy or even both and thats it all done.

EPC's last for 10 years and are a legal document and must be made available to any potential buyers or tenants Free of charge.
