My name is Martin Harrington and I am Alnwick Properties. All services are undertaken and managed by myself and no one else is employed to help run my business, so when you contact Alnwick Properties you will be dealing with me directly.
Alnwick Properties is a trading name for various property services I offer. Alnwick Properties act as an Estate Agent to promote the sale of Private dwellings on behalf of clients and organisation and is Letting agent for rental properties. I also arrange, conduct and produce Energy Efficiency reports (EPC’s) for Domestic and commercial property for private and corporate clients. We also cover Holiday let properties which need an EPC from 30th June 2011. Another service I offer is Asbestos surveys to produce level 1 -2 -3 type reports for private and corporate clients to HSE MDS100 standard.
Alnwick is located about 30 miles south from the Scottish Border of Berwick Upon Tweed, 45 miles North from the nearest city of Newcastle and 5 miles from the East coast and the popular sea side town of Alnmouth, which is our nearest railway station and is 1 mile from up the road from Alnmouth. With all these key factors in our favour, the area is very popular for holidays and week ends away. We also have the cheviot hills to the west and outstanding rural counrtyside to take advantage of.
We are lucky to have a good area to work and live in and have everything you need to enjoy life to the full and so that's why the value and quality of property is of a good standard and there is always a good variety of property available to buy or rent.
